The Secondary firebox consists of 2 stainless steel burners totaling an additional 25,000 BTU that power the Baker stone Original Series Pizza Oven Box or Heavy-Duty Steel Griddle. Both are included. All burners utilize an electronic ignition system. The Baker stone patented 5-sided stone baking chamber of the Pizza Oven Box utilizes convective, conductive and radiant heat transfer to quickly and evenly cook a variety of foods. Inside, it can reach temperatures up to 900°F to bake pizzas in under 4-minutes, just like a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. It is not just for pizza either.
